ILLUSTRATOR & SEQUENTIAL ARTIST

 

Chris L uses digital and traditional mediums to create original characters and to visually tell their stories.

 

Starting from a young age, Chris was mentored by professional comic artists Jo & Christina Chen. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Kinetic Imaging where he honed his craft in visual storytelling through illustration, sequential artwork, animation, and video.

He is the co-creator and lead artist of the Zeldanime Project, a fan web-comic based off "The Legend of Zelda" cartoon adaptation and has grown a fan-base of over 2,500 viewers world-wide on various art gallery websites.

 

Chris has worked on various freelance projects for publishers and businesses around the world, from storyboards to comic  concept artwork. His artwork shows dynamic movement and action in every frame.
