POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

• All sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit once scheduled.

• Changes or cancellation of scheduled sessions must be made 24-hours in advanced.

• Remainder of payment must be made before delivery of final images.

• Travel fee of $30 is added to final rate if distance exceeds 25 miles from photographer's base location. Travel fee for locations exceeding 25 miles and international travel dependent on distance and location.

• Any venue location fees and studio rentals are split between photographer and client up to 50% of total cost.

• Clients receive up to 100 finished, edited photos. (Up to 50 additional photos are available for an extra fee of $100)

• RAW photo files are available for an additional fee of $250)

• Re-edits will constitute an additional fee of $150 per photo set.

• Photographer (C. Liu) has the right to use any photo for promotional or portfolio use unless explicitly stated by the client. (Privacy and respect for the models is one of my highest priorities and main concerns.)

• Photos are not to be used for resale or to be used for generative AI database feeds or to be used as NFTs.

• Photo prints are not provided by the photographer (but can help to provide recommendations!)

• Photos are permitted to further editing once handed to client, but initial photography must be credited to original photographer. All non-watermarked photos must be credited to the photographer if published publicly.

• Photographer can be credited as: C. Liu -or- OniChild Art.​​
